Social & Business Services
The Social Services department attends to the many care needs that complement the quality of care provided at Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center.
The compassion and quality demonstrated by the social services team blends well with our focus on caring for the whole person. Our social services team is an excellent resource with the ability to provide information on Center resources through individual and family consultation. The Social Services Director is available for assistance with understanding and completing advance directives. Continuing their focus on family support, the social services team coordinates monthly family support lunch meetings with a different education presentation at each meeting.
During an individual's stay at Ayers, the social services team can assist with the facilitation of ancillary services including psychology, psychiatry, ophthalmology and podiatry. As the individual’s stay with Ayers comes to an end, our social services team will assist with obtaining the needed services to continue healing.

Business Office
The business office coordinates with Admissions and Medical Records for financial resources and third party payer sources such as Medicare, Medicaid and other Health Insurance companies. They are also responsible for paying Center bills, maintaining accounting records, keeping track of individuals' personal funds, billing, and a lot of other business and legal tasks which routinely occur in the operation of every day business. The business office includes a Receptionist, Payroll Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager and Human Resources.
Each person has the right to manage his/her own personal financial affairs. We at Ayers are here to help if the person chooses to delegate the responsibility to the Center. We also provide quarterly accounting statements of the financial transactions made on the individual's behalf. Where finances are concerned, we are here to answer your questions and provide fast courteous service.
