We have been honored to offer exceptional Nursing care to individuals in our community in need of support for their daily activities since 1982.
Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center provides consistent, friendly and respectful skilled nursing care to individuals who need support with their daily activities.
Within our Center employees, referred to as "partners," are carefully selected and help to enrich the lives of individuals here at Ayers. There is a responsibility each placed on partner to build relationships with the individual and their family, as well as with their respective team members. In customer satisfaction surveys, individuals and families rated us at 95% overall and they feel that our partners display confidence in the care they provide. We treat residents as individuals, are alert to problems and communicate with family members in an acceptable way.
The Ayers Philosophy
The Ayers partners are dedicated to seeing your loved one heal and prosper while in our care. Our partners are like family members and develop one-on-one relationships with our individuals. This relationship helps to direct the individual centered aspect of care that promotes optimum healing and dignity.
The skilled nursing and rehabilitation Center provides individuals with a multi-disciplinary team, which includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists as well as a Dietician, Social Worker and Activities Director. Individuals are admitted to the Skilled Nursing Center through a physician's referral.
AHRC provides care to individuals with medically complex cases such as but not limited to, total hip and knee replacements, strokes, cardiac, respiratory and pulmonary disorders.
