From Gainesville:
It will take about 45 - 50 minutes to arrive at Ayers from Gainesville Florida.
- Head west on Newberry Rd/FL-26 W (SR 26) and continue following the road out of Gainesville and into Trenton. You will be on this road for approximately 27 miles.
- Take a right onto NE 7th Street and follow for about .3 miles.
- Take the 2nd right onto NE 7th Avenue and you will see Ayers!
From Lake City:
It will take about 50 - 55 minutes to arrive at Ayers from Lake City Florida.
- From Lake City, head South on SR 47/ FL-47 S for 40 miles until you reach Trenton.
- Turn left onto NE 5th Terrace and almost immediately take another left onto NE Lancaster Lane and follow for about .2 miles.
- Turn right onto NE 7th Street and keep left to stay on NE 7th Street.
- Take a right onto NE 7th Avenue and you will arrive at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center!
