We are a family here at Ayers Heath & Rehabilitation Center. We care about one another and build lasting relationships. It is our second home.

Our Goal is to provide a place to live that is clean and safe. Our partners care and assist individuals with keeping their living area as comfortable as possible.

When we say we work at "Ayers", it is with pride. We have a great reputation because the love and laughter here is real. The staff members are dependable, caring people who have made Ayers a career.

Some of us have raised our children and now our grandchildren are visiting the individuals in our Center. Our goal is to make the quality of our individual's life the best we can from care to cleanliness. We are a team here, everyone is respected and it’s an honor to serve our community, we do our best to make Ayers feel like a home away from home.

Maintenance

At Ayers, our maintenance staff provides 24-hour per day and 7-day per week support to the Ayers individuals, family and staff.

With their many skills, our maintenance professionals respond to requests ranging from repairs to renovation and relocation. Our maintenance partners diligently work to ensure a comfortable home for individuals regardless of their length of stay.

While service is their focus, safety is their primary concern. Emergency responsiveness and regulatory compliance are skillfully directed and maintained by our maintenance department. During an individual's stay at Ayers, you can be assured that safety and satisfaction is their primary concern.

All the details before, during and after receiving services at Ayers can be daunting for both the individual and their family, our Social Services and Business Services Departments can help.
