Our Patient Centered Care Philosophy: The Ayers partners are dedicated to help each individual heal and prosper while in our care. Our partners are like family members and develop one-on- one relationships with our individuals. This relationship helps to direct the individual centered aspect of care that promotes optimum healing and dignity.

Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center employs over 150 dedicated professionals for our team. Our partners are like family and they really get to know who they are taking care of. More importantly, the individual at Ayers gets to know who is taking care of them! People in our Center get a sense of home because of the atmosphere and environment in our facility.

Ayers Knowledgeable and Friendly Nursing Staff

One of our nurses said it best "because they have a small town attitude; everyone is warm, friendly and welcoming without the rush-rush stuff."

Another nurse said: "It is because of Ayers Administrator, Joanna Buckles involvement with individuals, fellow employees, family and everyone. Ayers is what it is because of Jo; her willingness to talk with everyone and she is always open to new ideas and helping co-workers, families and individuals staying with us."

Most nurses said they love the family oriented environment between staff, individuals and families. The nurses love that they can be themselves and building long-lasting relationships with individuals in their care.

One other nurse said: "The belief that this is our individuals' home while they are with us. The trust and love shown by all partners for the individuals. We work "for" the individuals and I feel this is visible in the way partners interact with the individuals and each other. We do have that "small town" feel about us and are very involved with our surrounding communities. Our motto should be "Come on down and sit a spell."

Ayers Dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant's...

We love working with Ayers because of the individuals. We interact with each individual as if they were our own family and we truly enjoy taking care of them.

Being a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) at Ayers doesn't seem like a job; here it’s like taking care of family and what goes along with it. We really get to know who we are taking care of, enjoy activities together such as gardening or crossword puzzles and best of all talking with the person and sharing a close relationship with them.

Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center has a great environment; it is always happy, calm, serene and loving. All employees of Ayers are team players and all work great together.
